This document describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of products offered by BRANDISCO S.A.C on the website www.brandisco.pe

Any person who wishes to access and/or subscribe and/or use the site may do so subject to the Terms and Conditions. Consequently, all visits, all contracts and transactions carried out on this site, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to the legislation applicable in Peru.

 

The Terms and Conditions detailed below will apply and be understood as an integral part of all acts and contracts that are executed or celebrated through the offer and marketing systems included in this site.

 

All persons who do not agree and do not accept the Terms and Conditions and the authorization for the processing of their personal data must refrain from using this Website.

The User will be responsible for all operations carried out in and from their Account, since access to it is restricted to the entry and use of a Secret Key, of their exclusive knowledge. The Client undertakes to notify BRANDISCO S.A.C immediately and by suitable and reliable means of any unauthorized use of their Account and/or Password, as well as entry by unauthorized third parties to it. It is clarified that the sale, assignment, loan or transfer of the Key and/or Account under any title is prohibited. The client cannot make a complete or partial copy of the BRANDISCO S.A.C Site

The payment methods that can be used on the Website are the following:
- Credit/debit cards (Izipay Platform)
- Yape
- Wire transfer

Legal Notice: The sale and dispatch of the products is conditioned on their availability and the existence of the product. When the product is not available, The Website will immediately notify the customer and return the full value of the price paid by the customer, within a maximum period of 30 days.

The attention of orders, without charge for delivery, is subject to orders exceeding 100.00 soles and will be shipped to the address indicated by the Client, as long as they are within the coverage area limited to the following districts according to days of indicated office:

- Monday days: Bellavista, Breña, La Victoria, Lima, Pueblo Libre and San Miguel
- Wednesdays: Ate, La Molina, San Borja, San Luis, Santiago de Surco and Santa Anita
- Friday days: Barranco, Chorrillos, Jesús María, Lince, Magdalena del Mar, Miraflores, San Isidro and Surquillo

In order to comply with the indicated delivery days, it is necessary that the order enter the day before until 04:00 pm. If the order cannot be delivered due to problems beyond the control of BRANDISCO S.AC, we will make a second delivery attempt the following week. If delivery is not completed, the order will be canceled and payment will be refunded.

Product returns will be recognized, via return of the corresponding payment, only if they correspond to original failures, not subsequent damages or other requests and must be processed through the channels established by BRANDISCO S.A.C.

If the minimum purchase is not reached due to lack of stock, the order will be canceled and payment will be returned to the customer.
